Does anyone know if it is illegal to video tape someone having sex in your own house? I am not talking about hiding a camera or anything like that. I am talking about having two girls going at it and you grabbing the camera and starting to video tape it without letting them know about it. Then can you get into trouble for showing the tape to a few other people?
Rob- I know that they would not have been into it as the one of them is in a pretty serious relationship with some guy that I dont know and I was hardly a pimp just in the right place at the right time. I have somewhat been seeing one of them (22) for about three weeks and the other one I went to highschool with (28) and apparently they knew each other and had been together about a year ago. A few drinks later and a couple of trips together to the restroom (sniff, sniff) and next thing you know the want to go swimming back at my house. Who was I to complain. In FLA for example you can get arrested for videotaping someone without there knowledge. There has to be signs telling people they are on camera. That law was introduced after people put small camera in there shoe to videotape up the skirt of chicks out and about.

Even in hotel rooms, so long as the room is in the persons' name who is taping!! Think the only place you can get screwed is the bathroom. People have a reasonable expectation to go crap in your home without getting taped! However cannot use your bedroom for a quick romp!
